My camera is ceiling mounted and keeps losing its image flip setting when powered down

This can sometimes happen when you use the IP interface to set the image flip of your camera.

If you use the OSD and go into the "Image" section you will see V-flip and H-flip. If you set the image flip from this location you should have no issues with it reverting going forward.

You will need to hook up your camera using the First Stream IP Video Source, HDMI, 3G-SDI, or the USB 3.0 connection in order to see the OSD; it does not show up in the Second Stream IP Video Source.
